The Okanagan Hockey School is proud to be partnered with the Vancouver Canucks on their Canucks Hockey School being held at Surrey Sport and Leisure beginning August 4, 2013. The school will offer something for players of all abilities aged 5-14 years old. Come join us in a fun, safe, structured environment that will give players an opportunity to develop their core hockey skills from professional instructors.

  • The Canucks Hockey School in 2012 had participants from many different locations last year. We had players from:

    • Calgary, AB

  • All of our camps are fully supervised with trained staff.
  • Players can be dropped off and picked up.
  • Our programs are based on individual skill development.
  • Correct body positioning and body contact are instructed in specialty camps where there is applicable

Okanagan Hockey School is celebrating a milestone as this summer marks the 50th anniversary of the hockey school in Penticton. This world-renowned school is a leader in working with young athletes, teaching and developing their core skills to help them reach their future goals.

The Canucks Hockey School will be a great opportunity to improve each player?s individual skills in a structured, supportive environment. This is accomplished by placing emphasis on individual skill development of the core fundamentals of the game of hockey along with a focus on the importance of fitness and character.
