Blair Noel joined the Okanagan Hockey School after working with the Alberni Valley Bulldogs of the British Columbia Hockey League. Prior to joining the Bulldogs, Blair was the Director of Business Development for the Princeton Posse of the Kootenay Junior Hockey Leauge.

In addition to his hockey background, Blair has completed numerous Ironman Canada events.
