We offer a wide array of affordable accommodations from May through August, from private suites with queen beds, equipped kitchens and private washrooms, shared apartments to single bedrooms. Whether it's one person or groups of 20 to 300 we have something for every budget and need. Our youth group rates start at $38/night per person. (Guests under the age of 19 require a chaperone)

Centrally located, the University of British Columbia's natural setting is complemented by walking trails, recreational facilities, near-by beaches, shops and restaurants. UBC is close to many recreation fields and just 2.5km from Kelowna International Airport. Tim Horton's, parking for buses on-site, rooms are non-smoking, on-site coin laundry in every building, ethernet port in room, free wireless Internet on campus. Affordable meal plans are available for teams in our Sunshine Café', many outdoor areas nearby the residences can accommodate BBQ and outdoor activities. There are many fast-food outlets for teams such as A&W, Subway, Pizza, and White Spot within 5-10 minute drive from our residences
