The Summerland Waterfront Resort Hotel is located on the shores of the Okanagan Lake in Summerland's Lower Town a short 5 minute drive to Summerland's main street and central shopping area and approximately 15 minutes driving to downtown Penticton. Each of the 105 beautifully appointed guest suites have full kitchens including dishwasher microwave, refrigerator, stove and oven. Other features include fireplace, color television with DVD player and balconies. Guest comfort and convenience is our main concern and to assist in providing this each suite also has bathrobes, hair dryers, coffee makers, irons and ironing boards. The Resort has several different room types including Studios, 1 and 2-bedroom suites accommodating 2 to 7 persons, and more than 75% of the suites have breathtaking views of Okanagan Lake.

All of our Recreational Facilities open onto Okanagan Lake including our outdoor swimming pool and hot tub (open year-round), 900 sq foot fitness facilities with steam room and outdoor barbeque area. Our onsite spa, Beyond Wrapture Spa, offers four treatment rooms and a selection of full service luxurious spa treatments ranging from a deep tissue, full body massage to a refreshing facial or a relaxing pedicure.

Food and Beverage facilities include Jamie's Bistro which is open daily offering a wide selection of baked goods, fresh sandwiches, Panini's, and an espresso bar featuring locally ground coffees, international tea and fresh squeezed juices. It's great for a quick snack before you head out for the day, or while sitting down by the pool. Hours are seasonal and based on occupancy. Local Lounge and Grille is located adjacent to the hotel and is open daily from 11:30 a.m. with a full lunch and dinner menu.
